Bandera ISD is proud to announce that Mr. Patrick Sizemore has been appointed to be the new Bandera High School Principal starting June 26, 2023.
Mr. Sizemore received his Bachelor's Degree from Lubbock Christian University, and his Master's Degree from UTSA. He is currently working on his Doctorate at West Texas A&M University, and has plans to receive his degree in the Fall of this year. Patrick has been in Bandera ISD for the past 4 years as Assistant Principal, and then Principal at Bandera Middle School. He has been a critical part in establishing relationships of trust through his clear communication to our staff, students, and community.
Superintendent Bitzkie is excited, stating that Mr. Sizemore is a very intelligent and hands-on type of leader. He is knowledgeable in many aspects of education, and he will hit the ground running with his administrative team at BHS. I know that Patrick will continue to build on BHS' strengths, and expand choices in learning for our students and staff. Mr. Sizemore was our clear choice.
Mr. Sizemore will take over for Dr. Kenneth Vogel who has moved on to other educational endeavors.
