The Bandera ISD Board of Trustees consists of seven members elected by the public to serve overlapping three-year terms.  Elections are held annually in November.  Although candidates run for specific places, they do not represent specific geographical areas.  Rather, each represents Bandera ISD at-large.  Following the annual election, the Board elects officers (president, vice president, secretary and assistant secretary) to serve one-year terms.
    Bandera ISD Trustee Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.  Open Places up for election are Place 3 and Place 4.
    Candidate filing period to file application for place on the ballot is:
    • July 23, 2018 - August 10, 2018:  Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
    • August 13, 2018 - August 17, 2018:  Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • August 20, 2018:  Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
