Curriculum and Instruction Services assists district personnel in improving classroom instruction through the development and training of the most current research based practices that represent the greatest impact on student success.  Training is also centered on the alignment, scope and sequence of the state standards called the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) in order to reach the rigor and depth of the standards at each grade level.
