Bandera Bulldog Tournament Recap

The 8th
Grade A team played in a very tough Bandera Bulldog
tournament this weekend and came out in fourth place.
Teams that participated were Kerrville, Somerset,
Boerne, Fredericksburg, and Mountain Valley. The first
game of the day was against Kerrville, your Lady Dogs
held their own losing, 10-24. The next game they played
Mountain Valley and won 26-7. By winning this game it
placed them in the consolation game against
Fredericksburg. The girls lost the game by played well.
The players of the tournament were Taylor Schultz for
her defense and Josie Burnes for stepping up and playing
tough when her team needed her.
