BMS Runners Do Well at Mason Tournament

This past weekend the
cross country teams competed in Mason. In the 7th
Grade Boys Division, Bo Gibson was 7 seconds from
winning the gold and placed 2nd. In the 8th
Grade Boys Division Jonathan Raitz placed 10th,
while Maverick Hicks barely missed out on a medal
placing 13th. The 7th Grade Girls
did very well placing 2nd as a team, with
Kate Martin placing 7th, Shae McMullan 8th,
Jeneive Casarez placed 9th. Julie Hatch and
Dana Lohrke finished out the top 5 to help the team. The
8th Grade Girls placed 3rd as a
team with Lenice McHazlett placing 5th and
Ashley Frerich 9th. Courtney Netherton was
13th, Lyric Parker 15th, and Briley Clouse 16th to round
out the team for points.
