BMS Volleyball vs. Carrizo Springs

The 7th grade B
team won their match in two games, 25-14 and 25-7 over
Carrizo Springs. Outstanding Lady Bulldog went to
Heather Bruley who came in from the bench and served
lights out. The 7th grade B team moves to 3-0
and continues their undefeated streak. The 7th
Grade A team Lady Bulldogs beat Carrizo Springs in two
games, 25-7 and 25-18. The Outstanding Lady Bulldogs
were Julie Hatch for her outstanding serving with 15
serves in a row and Kate Martin for being able to switch
positions at the last minute and staying calm and
playing well.
In the 8th
Grade B Game, the Lady Bulldogs beat the Carrizo Springs
Wildcats 25-17 and 25-22. The Outstanding Lady Bulldog
was Ashley Frerich with her dominant serving. With the
win over Carrizo Springs the Lady Bulldogs push their
district record to 3-0. The 8th Grade A team
our Lady Bulldogs beat the Wildcats 25-11 and 25-7.
Outstanding Lady Bulldogs included Kelly Nelson with her
consistent serving, and Kara Barrows for her willingness
to learn and play a new position in the clutch. The
Bulldogs better their record to 3-0. The Lady Bulldogs
return to district play next Monday at home against
Crystal City.
