BMS Volleyball vs. Hondo Lady Owls

This week the
Bandera Middle School Lady Bulldog volleyball teams
competed in their first game of the year against the
Lady Hondo Owls. The 7th Grade B team won in
two games 25-15 and 25-22. The outstanding Lady Bulldog
was Lauren Williams for her great serving and back row
play. The 7th grade A team lost in three
games 8-25, 25-23, and 19-25. The outstanding player of
the game was Dana Lohrke.
The 8th Grade
“B” Team led off the night with a win over the Hondo
Owls in three games 10-25, 25-17, and 26-24.
Outstanding Lady Bulldogs included Lyric Parker with 15
straight points on serves, and Sarah Walker for her
great defense and passing. The 8th Grade Lady
Bulldog “A” Team beat the Owls in two games 26-24 and
25-8. Outstanding Lady Bulldogs were Catrina Sampson
with 12 points in a row on serves, and Taylor Schultz
for outstanding digs in the back row.
