BMS Lady Bulldogs Take On The Billies
Bandera, Texas

Last night the
Lady Bulldogs played the Fredericksburg Battlin’ Billies.
The 7th grade B team worked hard, played
together, and beat the Battlin’ Billies with a final
score of 20-8. The outstanding Lady Bulldog was Dana
Lohrke for her daring defense. The 7th grade
A team scored a redeeming victory against Fredericksburg
after losing to them earlier this year in overtime. The
final score was 22-14 and the outstanding Lady Bulldog
was Emily Dyes for her smooth shooting and paint
dominance. The 8th grade B team came from
behind and beat the Billies in the last minute 21-18.
The Outstanding Lady Bulldogs belongs to the entire team
for coming together and overcoming adversity and playing
as a team until the final buzzer. The 8th
grade A team played a close game until the very end.
The Lady Dogs fell short with the final score of 37-31.
The Outstanding Lady Bulldogs went to the entire team
for playing hard and not giving in.
