etc.) parents should tune their radios to the
following area stations:

emergency closing situation:

If it becomes necessary to cancel school or postpone
the start of school for any reason, these stations
will broadcast bulletins as a public service.

In addition, it may become necessary to dismiss
school early due to severe weather conditions that
occur during the day. In the event of an unscheduled
early dismissal, children should know exactly where
they are to go if parents are not at home. Bandera
ISD encourages parents to formulate an emergency
plan with their children to deal with the
possibility of unscheduled early dismissals.
