RICHARD GRILL NAMED NEW SUPERINTENDENT AT SABINAL ISD

Bandera ISD
Assistant Superintendent Richard Grill was named the new
Superintendent for the Sabinal Independent School
District beginning July 1st.
Mr. Grill came
to Bandera ISD from Marble Falls in 2000. As Principal
for Hill Country Elementary School, he led the campus to
its first ever “Exemplary” rating in 2002. Grill was
named Executive Director of Curriculum and Construction
in 2004 and oversaw the majority of the construction
projects related to the 2002 Bond referendum. He was
named Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and
Assessment earlier this year and was the district’s
testing coordinator. “Richard has served our district
well during his tenure in Bandera”, stated
Superintendent Dr. Kevin Dyes. “Sabinal is very
fortunate to have him as their new Superintendent”.
A celebratory
reception for Richard Grill will be held on Thursday,
April 17th from 3:30 to 5:00 PM at the
Bandera ISD Central Office located at 815 Pecan Street
in Bandera. All well wishers from the district and
community are invited to attend.
