PERFECT SCORES KEEP BANDERA ISD CAFETERIAS ON TOP

For the second
time this school year, all four Bandera ISD School
Cafeterias received perfect health inspection scores.
“In the food service business, many restaurants are
happy if they only receive a couple of demerits from the
health inspector”, stated Bandera ISD School Nutrition
Services Director Carala Luker. “Receiving four perfect
scores shows the dedication our cafeteria managers and
their staff take to ensure our students are eating
nutritious food prepared in a clean environment”.
Bandera ISD cafeterias receive several health
inspections each year. The inspection covers all aspects
of food service including: food storage, food
preparation, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and
more.
