Leadership Academy Graduates Recognized

Bandera ISD’s
Administrative Leadership Academy met for their first
session in September 2008 and completed their final
session last month. Thirteen future leaders began a year
and a half program designed to support and develop a
pipeline of possible administrative candidates for the
district. Participants in the program met monthly for a
two hour session focusing on a new aspect of educational
leadership. The seven graduates of the program were
recognized during the January Board Meeting. They
included: Michele Barnet, Laurie Davis, Dixie Koiner,
Chip Jackson, Kathy Jennings, Stephanie Jones, and Adele
Murphy.
