Athletic physicals for the 2009-2010 school year will be held on Saturday, May 9th from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at the Bandera High School gym. All students in grades 7 through 12 must have a yearly physical to participate in athletics, including tennis and golf. The cost for the athletic physical will be $20.00. Paperwork, which will include a release form to Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio, will be sent home the week of April 27th. All papers must be turned in completed and signed by the parents or legal guardian no later than Monday, May 4th. Forms may also be downloaded from the Bandera ISD web site in the Family Center.
