Beginning Thursday, November 12, the Bandera High School Theatre Department will bring to life the “terrific” and “radiant” charm of a little pig and his new found friend, in E. B. White’s classic story “Charlotte’s Web the Musical”. This play dramatizes the story of an unlikely friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a little black spider named Charlotte. This kind hearted and wise little spider uses her wisdom and writing skills to help Wilbur avoid the inevitable – becoming bacon and pork chops! By miraculously spinning the words “Some Pig” into her web, Charlotte not only makes Wilbur a prize pig, she helps ensure his place on the Zuckerman farm forever. So bring your family and friends to share an evening with this American classic that features zany and lovable farm animals that teach invaluable lessons on selfless love, bravery, and the real meaning of true friendship through song and dance.

Performances are scheduled for November 12,14,19, 20, and 21 with a curtain call of 6:30 PM. Tickets are on sale at the high school theatre box office with prices of $5 for adults and $3 for students.
